This program utilizes the Cleaning and Sanitizing Practices at Mushroom Packinghouses Training Kit– which supervisors, sanitation managers and quality control personnel can use to train sanitation crews in the basic principles of sanitation. For each of these areas, the kit will help the instructor to explain and demonstrate appropriate procedures and practices for lowering the risk of product contamination.
