- Cost management
- Capital work project identification, project submission and management
- Material receiving, compost formulation and process control
- Application of composting biology to process
- In-House Quality Control lab
- Equipment operation, maintenance, programming
- Composting operations: pre-conditioning, prewetting, bunkers, windrows, turning
- Staffing
- Safety
- Environmental compliance

- One year wharf operations and supervision experiences

Compost: Tunnel Machines Operator

Typical Responsibilities:
- Assist with the operation of the winches on the transfer side of the tunnel
- Assist with the operations of the filling cassette
- Assist with all operations for successful filling and transfer of compost
- Perform cleaning duties each day to maintain sanitation in the building, winches, cassette, tractor trailers, tunnel floors, tools and machinery used
- Additional duties assigned by supervisor

- One year compost wharf experience
