The Basic Training Poster: The Basic Training poster and commitment form are intended to be used when employees are initially hired. It is not a substitute for the more comprehensive training provided by the Mushroom Food Safety Training Kit. The poster pictures 15 food safety areas in which employees must be trained upon hiring. The commitment form has short, written descriptions of each of the areas on the poster.

The Food Safety Training Flip Chart: The Food Safety Training Flip Chart is a 68 page, full color presentation with five lessons. This training tool can be used in many locations around the farm. The five lessons vary in length and can be delivered individually or collectively. Electronic lesson files may be accessed below for printing. Or, you may order the 68 page, full color presentation in an 11x17 easel binder.

The Mushroom Industry Food Safety Training Kit (FSTK):The FSTK was developed for production supervisors, quality control personnel, extension agents and/or industry consultants who wish to conduct food safety training at mushroom farms and packing houses. The full kit includes hard copy and electronic versions of the lessons in English and in Spanish. In addition, the kit includes PowerPoint slides, posters and other companion documents.
