Mushroom News is the American Mushroom Institute's (AMI) official publication,
containing articles ranging from
general interest to the latest technical innovations. Theme issues, devoted to topics such as spawn and
supplements, equipment, pest control, labor relations and safety are now a regular feature. The Mushroom News
Flash has become an up-to-the-minute supplement to the monthly magazine. It is designed to keep members
informed on issues of interest and to alert the membership to changing local, state and federal regulations which
affect the industry. A classified ad section assists AMI members in selling or locating farms, used equipment
and resources.
